Michael Clarke Duncan, American actor who has been on death row for the role of a convicted murderer in the movie The Green Mile nominated for an Oscar, died on Monday in a hospital in Los Angeles, where he recovered after a heart attack. He was 54 years old, reported Associated Press agency AP.
Born in Chicago in 1957, before his film career working as a security guard, before the film The Green Mile, which brought him fame, but he played in several minor roles.
